The Republican Caucus of the Virginia House of Delegates is proud to announce a new website.  The Republican Caucus recongizes the emerging importance of New Media.  With this site and blog we will be keeping you up to date on our progress in Richmond.

The new site will feature many new media technologies to enable the Republican Caucus to better communicate with the people of Virginia.  The site will use streaming video through sites like YouTube.  Additionally the site will feature live broadcast video of caucus events.

The site will also make use of social networking services such as Facebook and Twitter.  The Republican Caucus will maintain a Twitter account that will enable followers to receive up to date information on the Republican Caucus in Richmond.  The caucus will also make use of a Facebook profile to update supporters.

In conjunction with the new site the caucus is launching an official caucus blog.  The blog will be used to give visitors up to date information about what the caucus is doing.  The caucus encourages visitors to leave comments and participate in conversation on the blog.

The caucus looks forward to expanding its use of New Media over throughout the year.
