Republicans in the Virignia House of Delegates overrode one of Governor Kaines vetos which would have forced the state to accept a federal stimilus money that had many strings attached.  The money intended to help unemployment insurance would have been very detrimental to small businesses throughout the state.  Many local Chambers of Commerce voice their opposition to the Governor’s veto.

Many Republicans rose up on the floor of the House of Delegates to speak out against the Governor’s amendments.
