Delegate John O’Bannon III, M.D. has represented portions of Henrico County and the City of Richmond since he was elected in 2001. He is a practicing Neurologist and the only Doctor in the House of Delegates. He serves as Chairman of the both Health Subcommittee of the Health, Welfare and Institutions Committee and the Campaign Finance Subcommittee of the Privileges and Elections Committee. He and his wife Pat live in Henrico County and have been married for 38 years.
