Today is day nine of Governor Terry McAuliffe’s budget impasse.

The Governor and Senate Democrats are holding Virginia’s budget hostage, refusing to fund our teachers, roads, law enforcement, local governments and more unless Virginia expands Obamacare.

Delegate Jimmie Massie (R-Henrico) delivered this week’s Virginia GOP address, urging the Governor and Senate Democrats to “free the budget hostage.”
