In Governor Northam's 2019 State of the Commonwealth address he shared his pro-abortion vision for Virginia. Meanwhile Democrat lawmakers in the House and Senate have once again proposed repealing pro-life abortion laws, lifting all restrictions on abortion INCLUDING late term abortion procedures in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Governor Northam vowed that if Democrats are unable to “change minds,” meaning persuade Republican lawmakers to pass abortion on-demand legislation in 2019, they will “change seats” by defeating Republicans in the upcoming November elections. 

If pro-abortion Democrats take the House Majority in 2019, they will legalize abortions right up until the birth of the child in 2020.
