Democrat Delegate Ibraheem Samirah recently tweeted - "When we win the majority in November, we will solidify the constitutional right to abortion."
If Democrats ever were successful in putting an abortion amendment in the constitution there would virtually be no way to reverse that. That means Abortions even as a baby is being born would be the law of the land.
